Hi! My name is Shloka , and I’m super excited to be Leland’s Speech President for the 25-26 school year. I’ve been doing Speech and Debate since middle school and have been part of Leland Speech and Debate for the past four years. Speech has been such a huge part of my high school experience and has helped me grow so much, and I'm so grateful to be a part of this community. My main events are Extemp and Impromptu, but outside of Speech and Debate you’ll probably find me on the tennis courts (I’ve been playing competitively for about 11 years!) or trying to teach my pet bird a new trick.
