Hi! My name is Lara Kadir, and this is my second year in Speech and Debate. I’ve loved being part of such a warm and welcoming team, and I’m excited to keep growing as both a speaker and a teammate. I’m a member of the fundraising committee and I love getting to support our team. What I love most about speech is having the freedom to express myself to others without feeling judged. Outside of speech, some of my hobbies include baking, playing team sports, and watching movies. My favorite artists are Ariana Grande, Gracie Abrams, and Olivia Rodrigo. I’m really looking forward to another great year with Leland Speech and Debate!
